Neon Soul
In a futuristic Seoul, a professional killer spends one bloody night eliminating a criminal empire with the help of an Intimacy Companion, or iComp, artificial woman, who believes she has a soul. As the bodies pile up, he begins to wonder which of them is actually more human.
The Art
Meenspace Studio is a fantastic studio located in Thailand. Meen has been working painstakingly frame by frame to bring my story to life. This is just some of her process!
Meen uses a combination of traditional as well as digital tools in her artwork. She likes to start by sketching the frames and then she uses 3D tools to create the background and apply the lighting. This allows the background to look incredible without the need to redraw it in every frame.
